2. How to Start a Return

2️⃣ Select the product and click “Request Return”
3️⃣ We’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on sending it back to us

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If we messed up (wrong item, damaged product, or defect) — shipping is on us!

If you changed your mind — return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless we’re running a free returns promotion.

4. Your Refund Timeline
We process refunds within 5–7 business days once your return passes inspection

Refunds go straight to your original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll send your refund via bank transfer or as store credit

5. Need a Different Size?
Yes! We offer easy exchanges (stock permitting).
If your requested item is sold out, we’ll refund you instead.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item?
Oh no! We’re so sorry. 🙏 Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos, and we’ll send a replacement ASAP — no extra cost to you.
